About me: Former swimmer, and X-country runner. Turned into a tri-geek in the early '90s. Ten years later switched over to Adventure Racing. Now semi-retired from multisport racing (sorta)!

Athletic Accomplishments: Over 70 multisport races in the last 15 years including 14 expedition length races (2+ days), mountain bike, trail running, marathon, triathlons, lifeguard competitions.
Athletic goals: Local events: Ride to Conquer Cancer, Crank the Shield, XTERRA Worlds.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: Each race has its on catastrophic elements to it. I laugh at it now but at the time they were quite traumatic. Buy me a drink and I'‚Ñ¢ll tell ya a couple of war stories!
My most memorable racing experience was: 1. Eco-Challenge Canadian Champs a most beautiful mountain race

Favourite race: Transrockies Challenge
Favourite race food: Sport Beans, Sharkies, Clif Blocs, anything that looks and tastes like candies!
