That speed is a little on the slow side but should be fun with many people around to talk to. Thanks for the tiips!

Larry,
Are you sure you can run that slow?
They had both events going on together before and it was not so bad.
The really early start time ensures that we get our butts down there for some decent parking spots.
Then as long as you don't linger around after the race you can get out of there fairly quickly.

Roger,

Congrats on your PB showing great control out there on the course! I can't believe you guys have done so many IM's. Very jealous of your courageous schedule. See you at Scotia Bank Sept 30th, as I am leading the 2:15 cont. group. Can't believe it is same day as CIBC Run for the Cure? That is two huge events on the same day that is going to cause a nightmare with traffic. Looks like a nice, long bike ride to warm up.

Cool. I welcome the company.
I've done the pacer thing many times and sometimes I get followers and sometimes I don't.
2 hrs is a popular time so I suppose I'll get a bunch of people this time around.

If that's your pace and you're doing 10&1's - count me in as some company for the day (at least for the first 15k)

Thanks.
Yes, I'll definitely catch you both (Mike and Karen) at Wasaga.
I look forward to blasting away and not holding back.
I'll be the 2 hr pacer at the Waterfront (doing 10 and 1's) so it will be a nice easy day for me too.
Have fun in Guelph John. I don't think I've done that race since the late 90's.

Congrats Roger on another great race! A PB is awesome! 2 Ironmans in only 5 weeks, I don't know how you do it. I will see you at Wasaga for the sprint.

Awesome job Hoss...congrats on the PB. I'll see you at Wasaga. What pace are you doing for the Waterfront 1/2...I'll be there for a training day, just an easy jog on the lakeshore for me.
