“Stick It” to Sore Muscles with ‘The Stick’

The Original Body StickFor many running, tri, and endurance athletes/enthusists alike there is no substitute for ‘The Stick’ after a race or hard workout. This magical little device saves me a lot of money on massages. You simply use it similar to a rolling pin to get the blood flowing to sore and tired mucscles. You roll it on the muscle (in a relaxed position) towards your heart for approximately 20 strokes (40 for really tight muscles).These work so well that everyone in a small group in Mississauga that I occasionally run with, after trying mine, have asked me to get one for them since they do not live near the Running Free store. (Jeremy can attest to this as to date I have purchased 13 from the store).

Give it a try, you’ll (or at least your muscles will) really like it!

    Hey Mike! YES, this is one of my favorite things - I made the biggest mistake ever leaving it behind for Transrockies last year….
