<description>Thanks Roger!! Ditto all of the above...Im glad I put on some stong sunblock because it was beautiful out there! and what a nice run (well the hills werent as nice but I just loved speeding down them...the getting up that last one was tough especially as my left knee decided to give me some grief at 25K and thats where I lost you!)

Yes indeed you were surrounded by a lovely bunch of ladies...myself included ;) &#038; I didnt know I was checking out the CW-X pants of a VETERAN TRF dude! I appreciated following you as well - great job with pacing your group!!...I kept thinking...if I can just stay with the bunny it will be all good and I felt really great for the better part of the race, even beating my Chilly Half Time at 21K by about 5 min! Very proud :)

At about 3K when I saw the "Grim Reaper" signs I kept telling myself...SUCK IT UP AND RUN! and then there he was....all dressed up...the Grim Reaper...and I laughed all the way to the Coliseum and crossing that finish line in under the training time I set out for myself - AND seeing my 2 sons with Daddy made the beautiful day even more joyous!

Cheers to a great Day!!
