Karen,

Awesome effort. Way to push through such a tough bike course to grab a top AG spot. I hope it is time for some rest for you.

Best wishes,
Larry

Karen: should have read this before cobourg - now I think you are one strong athlete to able to do gravenhurst and cobourg so soon afterwards! After talking to you, I may have to put Gravenhurst on the schedule for '09 - it's been close to 10 years since I last did a race there...

Karen! Sounds like you left nothing on the table and gave it your all! Congrats on a great race - I love reading how others tough it out in races - its very inspiring for me and it helps me when I have to face the tough stuff!

cheers to your next races! - Kelly

Nice read. Now I know what you were going through while I was chillin' out in transition. I am both looking forward and not looking forward to doing that race next year. Great by the way. You wanted 2:15 and went 2:11. You will just have to shave more time next year when T and I go back to complete it for the first time.

Congratulations Karen on a great race. A few friends did it as well and said the bike course was tough, definitely not a PB type of course.

See you in Cobourg.
