The Saucony Pro Grid Triumph 5 running shoe is an incredible shoe.  Having gone through now 5 pairs of the Triumph 5, I am trully a beleiver in the Saucony shoe.

 The Triumph 5 is suprisingly light yet offers a longer life than other competitors.  I have logged a minimum of 1500 km’s on each pair of shoes.  Being a 230 pound runner, shoes generally don’t last past 1000 km’s.

The light weight feature of the Triumph 5 is not at the expense of support. I have found the support offered on the Triumph 5 is comparable, if not better than other manufacturers. 

The colour scheme offered by Saucony does make the shoe a nice choice instead of white & one other colour, you can get Silver & Grey.  Colour isn’t everything but in the world of white running shoes, it’s nice to get a change once in a while.
