Salomon Custom Front Pocket

A very cool piece of gear that allows you to increase the amount of workable space you can use while racing.

Salomon Custom Front Pocket <br>Detroit by Salomon Style 100008 S9One of my teammates affectionally referred to her’s as “The Lunchbox” as it’s most functional use was to store race food like gels and bloks in a way that was easy to access while racing (without having your partner to reach into your pack pockets to get something out for you). I initially bought the Front Pocket to work with my XA 10+3 for shorter races but I liked it so much that I tweaked my multiday pack so I could use it in my longer races. If you are looking for a unique way of increasing your storage space while racing, take a look at the Salomon Front Pocket.

Please tell me what multi-day bag you tweaked to put this on and how did you do it? I do 12-hr ARs and am always trying to figure out a better way to race without having to always take pff my pack.
