I was thinking of doing this race, but didn't get around to it. Your time was very impressive for sure. I'm doing Ottawa at the end of this month, and I'm just hoping to qualify for Boston, not run sub 3. We'll see how the day goes to see how close I can get to that 3 hr mark. It is a quick course so you would have a crazy fast time for sure. Just make sure you strengthen the knees for the downhills so you do not feel the effects as badly as I did.
