About Me: Survival Runner, Ultra Runner, motivator...
Athletic Goals: To never settle for what I have already accomplished. To finish an entire ultra Survival Run. One day complete the Fuego y Agua "Devils Double" in Nicaragua (80km Survival Run & 100km Ultra 3days after). In 2017, I will completing my first 100+ mile event (Infinitus 48 hr)
My most catastrophic racing experience was: You'll have to read my blog entry: Survival Run – Take 2: A tale of highs, lows and lost pants. at https://randomrantsofmine.wordpress.com/
My most memorable racing experience was: Climbing a volcano trying to reach the cutoff time while having to carry 40lbs of water during my first survival run. I thought I was having a heart attack. I sat down to rest and looked up to see the moon and stars on a peaceful night. At that moment, I knew at that moment I was in my element. Best racing moment.
Favourite Racing Gear: Luna Sandals, my racing Kilt, head buff
Favourite Race: Any Fuego y Agua Event, Inifinitus Ultra Trail Run
Favourite Race Food: usually 'Tail Wind' mixed into my water, however, pepperettes, Snickers Bars, fruit bars during a long distance event. A little water on anything under 20 km.
