Athletic Goals: My goals for 2020 are to get back to running for fun, do more trail running, and most importantly, to get better at listening to my body!
My most catastrophic racing experience was: Not sure I'd describe it as catastrophe, but I ran the Wineglass Half in 2019 on an injury. I could barely walk when I was finished, but I did achieve a new PB, lol.
My most memorable racing experience was: Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon 2018. It was my first sub-2 hour half marathon, and the energy of the crowd was amazing!

Favourite Race: Mount Albert Sports Day 5k and Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Half Mara
