Nathan handheld water bottles

Hell team Running Free! I’m here to post my review of the Nathan products that I got with the lottery. I chose 2 hand held bottles and put them through some runs and races. The bottles are the QuickSqueeze Lite 12oz and Pinnacle Insulated Flask 18oz. Other than the size difference, the 12oz doesn’t have any storage options and it is more of a hard plastic. The 18oz is more of a soft flask material but a bit thicker. Another difference is the cap. The 12oz is a hard plastic and functions like a sports water bottle. The cap slides up and you squeeze to get water out. The 18oz has a silicone mouth piece that you slightly bite on to release the water. I tend to prefer the set up of the 18oz as it seems more natural and you can get water faster which is nice when you’re breathing heavy. Out of the 2 models, I definitely think the 18oz is better. I prefer having the extra size, storage for a couple of gels, the materials fit more my style and hand. Having the extra 6oz to me is a huge bonus for those hotter days or longer runs. Both bottles work good, it comes down to mainly preference and what feels more comfortable. Thanks for reading!
