OOFOS Slides 1 year review

I’ve had my OOFOS OOahh Slides for about a year now, and honestly, they’re one of the best things I’ve ever bought. I originally got them because I wanted something easy to wear after swimming — something I could just slip on, that wouldn’t get ruined by water. These ended up being perfect.

They’re made completely out of this soft, squishy foam material that feels amazing under my feet. The first time I tried them on, I was actually surprised by how comfortable they were. The cushion is thick and bouncy, and it feels like walking on a yoga mat. Even after a year of wearing them almost every day, they still haven’t gone flat or lost their shape.

One of the best things is how easy they are to clean. Since they’re all plastic, I can literally rinse them under water or wipe them down and they look brand new again. That’s why I think they’re great for swimmers, people who go to the gym, or anyone who just wants something simple and waterproof to wear.

The slides are super light too — easy to pack for trips or just toss in a bag. I wear them around the house, after workouts, to the pool, and even for quick errands. They’re comfy enough to walk around in for hours, and I never get any rubbing or blisters because the strap is smooth and soft.

After a full year, they still look good. The grip on the bottom hasn’t worn out, and the foam still feels springy. I love that I don’t have to baby them — I can wear them in the shower, on wet floors, at the beach, wherever.

If you’re thinking about getting a pair, I’d say just go for it. They’re not cheap, but they’re 100% worth the price. Once you wear them, you’ll understand why people are obsessed with OOFOS. My feet always feel better after wearing them, and I’m already planning to grab another pair in a different colour.
