With Salomon coming on board as a Running Free sponsor this year, I knew that this was going to be bad for my bank account! As with my multiday race pack, my sprint distance adventure racing pack was due for an upgrade. I needed something light and comfortable that would hold the gear that I needed and provide space for a 2L bladder.
The XA 10+3 did all of this and more! It has adjustable shoulder and waist straps, a built-in whistle on the shoulder strap and a mesh gear pocket. Reflective “taping” adds safety when racing through the night and the pack is compatible with the Salomon Custom line of gear. The pack is comfortable to race in and will provide the sprint adventure racer with all of the features they need in a pack. It’s a great piece of gear!
