Athletic Goals: Continued improvement in all three triathlon disciplines, with more focus on the swim and bike. I would like to complete a full Ironman in the next couple of years and hopefully qualify for the Half Ironman World Championships.
My most catastrophic racing experience was: I have not had an experience that I would call catastrophic, but almost forgetting put my helmet on leaving T1 at Barrelman could have been.
My most memorable racing experience was: Finishing Barrelman well below the time I expected to funish in.
Favourite Racing Gear: Still trying many different brands of gear. I have worn a number of pairs of Asics shoes
Favourite Race: Niagara Falls Barrelman
Favourite Race Food: My typical pre race dinner is pasta with a meat sauce, and the morning before is a bagel with peanut butter.
