At a weight of (Women’s 9.9oz) and (Mens 12.9oz) I was hesitant to try out Mizuno’s Wave Prophecy. I was accustomed to more light weight trainers in the past having previously worn Mizuno’s Elixirs. As soon as i began to run, my doubts were gone. The Prophecy’s “full length infinity wave plate” propels you forward creating a smoother transition. The “Dynamotion fit” also helps and follows the natural motion of your foot creating a smooth ride. With a smooth ride and sock like feel i definitely recommend this shoe as a high mileage shoe, with the higher profile you barely feel the pavement!
