7SYSTEMS=HAPPY BODY

7Systems Endurance Supplement Single Pack - 30 Day Supply - 7Systems Style # 7SESS

I was fortunate to recently receive a 7Systems starter container and it was with excitement that I picked up my product from the Milton Running Free store. You see, I am known as a bit of a hypochondriac, so the thought of receiving a container full of 60+ minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants with an ingredients list too long and too complex to even understand was very exciting to say the least. My normal nutritional supplement routine usually consists of stealing IronKids gummies from my kids and overdosing on Cold FX when I feel my annual cold start up. The biggest positive of the 7Systems product is that someone much smarter than me has already done all the work. In a starter container you get 30 small pouches, each pouch filled with 6 capsules and 4 tablets that you take on a daily basis filled with the 60+ minerals, vitamins and antioxidants that I referenced earlier. No joke, you can check out the full ingredient list here www.7systems.ca/ingredients/. Instead of trying to choke down and manage multiple vitamin containers and sort between different brand names and what really works for you, it is all provided in a compact format. Effort required is minimal, and anything I can do to reduce stress in my life is good. In terms of the efficacy of the product, it really works! This summer I had my best block of training in over seven years (i.e. since I was a young kid) including a balance of intensity and endurance and I also raced my first long distance triathlon in seven years. The biggest benefit was the reduction in muscle soreness and fatigue, I felt I was able to bounce back day after day without feeling constant drain in the muscles. I was able to do more in less time. When I finished my first container and stopped using 7Systems I felt an immediate increase in muscle fatigue and I was unable to respond as well in workouts on a regular basis.

The only real negative of this product is the cost. A 30 day starter container costs approximately $87 or just under $3 per day. Depending on the level at which you perform in your chosen endurance event this may be a great investment that will take you to the next level. I have no doubt if I tried to purchase all of these ingredients separately with the same quality and standards that 7Systems adheres to I would end up very frustrated, stressed and out of pocket more than $87. As an aspiring middle-of-the-pack athlete I would recommend using 7Systems during build periods of your training cycle to really get the most out of your training. You will find a noticeable increase in energy levels and an improvement in your ability to recover from hard workouts. You can check out 7Systems here www.7systems.ca.
