About Me: From an Ultimate Frisbee background, but started to get into Road and OCR running late in 2016, and was immediately hooked.
Sports: Ultimate Frisbee and Running. Not sure in which order though...that depends on the day. I feel that I've accomplished my goals in Ultimate (competed at Nationals in 2017, and Worlds in 2018). But I have so much ahead of me in my Running career. So, I'm definitely transitioning more and more to the Running side.
Athletic Goals: Ran my first ever half marathon in March of 2018, and missed my 2 hour goal time by 55 seconds. Learned a lot during the race, and decided to follow a training plan. Improved my time to 1:53:34 in the same race a year later. Continuing to train, with a 1:45 goal as my next target. After that...maybe a full marathon(?)
My most catastrophic racing experience was: As a new runner; about 15-16k into a training run, I suddenly learned the importance of anti-chafe products. Ouch. Think Andy from The Office...
My most memorable racing experience was: Running beside my daughter in the Cub Run (Toronto Zoo) in 2017, and seeing how much she enjoyed it.
Favourite Race: Toronto Waterfront 10k. The atmosphere and cheer stations are awesome!
Favourite Race Food: No specific pre-race food regimen, but can we talk about what I like to eat AFTER a race?

I was fortunate enough to win the Brooks credit in the 2018 Lottery. As somebody that is relatively new to
