the rites of race recovery

with this being the season of many goal races (of various types and distances) i wanted to share some quick thoughts about how to recover after a long and/or hard effort. in this short video i’ve tried to pick out just a few key notes that have helped me to bounce back in the best way possible – learned from my own mistakes and presumably the mistakes of others as well!
