About Me: 35 years into a thrilling ride through life with my couch, in 2008, I accepted a challenge from my wife. She would treat me to a jug of beer if I joined her and the neighbourhood ladies for a jog around the neighbourhood. As would be expected with this type of ice cold liquid motivation, within a year marathon training became a key facet in my move to a fit life. I've since been fortunate to complete 26 marathons, dozens of shorter races as well as multisport, adventure, ultramarathon and multiday events. Often can be spotted running with Oh Henry the Chocolate Dog.
Sports: Running, cycling, football (as a spectator), magic, juggling
Athletic Goals: Primarily to bring enthusiasm, a sense of humour and occasionally an RV to the Ontario running community. And recreational athletics to the RV community.
